Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms," "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Fit4Me mobile application ("Fit4Me") operated by WhiteApps LTD ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of Fit4Me is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the application.

By accessing or using Fit4Me, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the application.

1. Use of Fit4Me

  • Fit4Me is intended for users aged 16 and above. If you are under 16, please ensure you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our application.

  • Fit4Me is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the application for any particular purpose.

  • You are solely responsible for your use of Fit4Me and for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Accounts

  • To access and use certain features of Fit4Me, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your mobile device and account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Privacy Policy

Your use of Fit4Me is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Fit4Me and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WhiteApps LTD and its licensors.

  • Fit4Me is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both your country and international law. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of WhiteApps LTD.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to Fit4Me immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use Fit4Me will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using Fit4Me.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of Fit4Me following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
