Money-Back Policy

Understand our money-back guarantee, eligibility requirements, and how to request a refund if you’re not satisfied with your experience.

1. Money-Back Guarantee Rules

In addition to any refund rights available under applicable laws, if you purchased our app directly from our websites and were presented with a money-back option during checkout, you may be eligible for a refund if you did not see visible results with our program, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • Contact Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period.

  • Program Adherence: You must have followed our program for:

    • At least 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days after the purchase for monthly or longer subscription periods, or
    • At least 3 consecutive days within the first 7 days after the purchase for weekly or biweekly subscription periods.

  • Demonstration of Participation: You must be able to demonstrate that you have adhered to the program as outlined in the section “How to Demonstrate That You Have Followed the Program” below.

Once we receive your application, we will review it and notify you via email (or other means) regarding its approval status.

How to Demonstrate That You Have Followed the Program

To demonstrate adherence to the program, you need to fulfill the following requirement:

  • Provide screenshots from the app showing that you have completed:
    • At least 7 workouts/meditations or other sessions for monthly or longer subscription periods, or
    • At least 3 workouts/meditations or other sessions for weekly or biweekly subscription periods.

Important Statement

Please note that fulfillment of the above requirements is necessary to qualify for a refund under the Money-Back Guarantee. For clarity, this guarantee does not apply to any other instances.

2. General Refund Rules

We value your feedback and strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms outlined herein.

Generally, if you do not meet the conditions of our Money-Back Guarantee outlined above, any fees paid are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. Certain refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

  • Refund Timing: Refunds can typically only be claimed during the subscription period. If the subscription period has expired prior to your refund request, we will not be able to issue a refund.

  • Residents of Certain US States: If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel your purchase before midnight on the third business day following the purchase date, we will return your payment.

  • EU Residents: If you are a consumer based in the EEA or Switzerland, you have an automatic legal right to withdraw from contracts for the purchase of services. However, for single-item digital content purchases (e.g., video recordings or PDFs), you expressly agree that such content is available immediately, which means you forfeit your right of withdrawal and will not be eligible for a refund. By signing up for our ongoing service (such as subscriptions to the app), you expressly request and consent to the immediate supply of that service. If you choose to withdraw, we will deduct from your refund an amount proportional to the service provided before you notified us of your withdrawal.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

If you have not lost your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you enter into the contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, you need to send your communication expressing your wish to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.
