I canceled my Fit4Me account, why am I still getting charged?

If you're seeing charges despite having canceled your Fit4Me account, there are a few potential reasons for this issue. Here's a detailed explanation to help you resolve it:

Does deleting Fit4Me cancel my subscription?

No, deleting the Fit4Me app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

  • If you subscribed to Fit4Me through our website, then deleting your account will automatically cancel your subscription.
  • However, if you subscribed via the App Store or Play Store, you must cancel your subscription on those platforms. Please check their respective guides to ensure your subscription is properly canceled and avoid further billing.

Canceling after the Renewal Date

If you do not cancel your subscription before the renewal date, it will be automatically renewed, and you will be charged on your next billing date. Please note that uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

You can view your renewal date and other subscription details on the Manage Subscription screen within the app.

Duplicate Accounts

It's possible that you may have created multiple accounts with Fit4Me, leading to confusion about your subscription status. Each account may have its own active subscription, which could result in continued charges. You will need to cancel each account separately.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue and stop any unwanted charges. If you need further assistance, please contact our support team at support@fit4me.com with details of your issue.
