How to Adjust Preparation Time Between Exercises in the Fit4Me App?

Sometimes is challenging to transition between exercises quickly. To make workouts more comfortable, the Fit4Me app allows you to adjust the preparation time between exercises. Follow these steps to customize the time to your preference:

Step 1: Open the Fit4Me App

     Launch the Fit4Me app on your device and log in to your account if necessary.

Step 2: Select Your Workout

    On the home screen, tap on the “Go to Workout” button to enter the workout session.

Step 3: Open Workout Settings

   Before starting the workout, locate and tap on the gear icon (⚙️), which represents the settings menu.

 

Step 4: Adjust the Preparation Time

   In the settings menu, look for the “Preparation Time” option. Choose from the available time options:

  • 10 seconds

  • 15 seconds

  • 20 seconds

  Select the time that best suits your pace and comfort.

Step 5: Save and Start Your Workout

Once you’ve selected your preferred preparation time, tap the “Close” button to exit the settings menu. You’re now ready to start your workout with the adjusted preparation time!
